Maintenance FAQ
What happens if an update breaks the site?
That is exactly what we watch for: every update is tested and then verified, and if something goes wrong the site is restored from the latest backup. You only hear about it in the report.
What do prepaid hours cover?
Anything you can ask for by email: changing a text or an image, adding a simple page, fixing a form, connecting a tool. Drawn down in 15-minute increments. Bigger jobs get a separate quote, with no obligation.
My site wasn't built by you, is that a problem?
No, and that is true of most of the sites we maintain. We start with a quick audit, included, to see what we are dealing with, and tell you honestly what shape it is in.
My site has already been hacked, can you take it over?
Yes, but not straight into maintenance: we start with a security audit that proves how the attacker got in and closes the door. Maintenance takes over afterwards, on a clean site.
Do I need to change hosting provider to get a plan?
No. Plans 1 and 2 work with your current host. Managed hosting is included in the Premium plan, and available as an add-on to the others if you want everything in one place.
